Services That We Provide Include:

Service and Repairs

We offer an on site repair lab where we can service Most Major Brands of Hearing Aids, typically the same day. Occassionally, aids do need to be sent to the factory for severe repairs. They are sent out by overnight service and returned as quickly as possible. Our goal is to quickly return our patients to satisfactory hearing with as little disruption as possible.

FREE Hearing Evaluations

There are a number of tests that we perform to evaluate the basic hearing function for a patient. The Hearing Evaluation includes: Video Otoscopic Exam, Air Conduction, Bone Conduction and Speech Audiometry testing.  The tests consist of a series of low frequency and high frequency tones along with a list of words to determine your ability to understand speech. The results will help us determine your percentage of hearing loss, your ability to understand speech, and whether or not there is a need for hearing aids.

Typanometry, acoustic reflex testing, and otoacoustic emissions (OAEs) are other tests available to further evaluate your hearing.  Together, these evaluations provide information to the degree, type, and amount of impairment on communication that a patient's hearing loss might cause.  From this information, we can determine if hearing aids are needed, what style or type of hearing aid would best fit the level of loss, and to what degree we can help the patient.

Hearing Aid Evaluation

This is a series of tests that have been developed to assess what type of hearing instrument would be most beneficial for an individual's hearing impairment, if indeed hearing aids are needed. Generally, a description of the hearing aid's specifications is discussed with the client, and the availability of a trial period with the recommended hearing instrument follows.

We offer a wide selection of digital hearing aids from the major manufacturers. In this way, we can provide the Absolute Best Match between the patient, the hearing loss and the hearing aid. We will work with you to find the best solution for your hearing healthcare needs within your budget.  0% financing is available.

Real Ear/Acoustic Resonance

This computerized imaging test demonstrates the degree to which a patient's hearing loss is being improved (for tonal hearing) with the hearing aids. This test also validates the appropriateness of the overall loudness and shape of the amplification that the patient's hearing aid is providing for the given hearing loss.

Computer Hearing Aid Analysis

This test is designed to evaluate the exact acoustical operating condition of a hearing aid. It will show any deficiency in the amplified sound from the hearing aid. A computer is used to perform this analysis.

These In Office appointments would include:

  • Case History documentation
  • An Otoscopic exam
  • Puretone testing
  • Explaination of test results to each employee
  • Consultation on the importance of consistent use of hearing protection in the presence of hazardous noize, both on and off the job.
