Debra has a "conductive" hearing loss and wears hearing aids, and is happy to explain the different technologies from a specialist point of veiw as well as a user point of veiw. She is authorized and trained in the new nano technology including first hand training in MN at the Starkey Headquarters, First hand training in the Phonak Audeo hearing aids, and in depth training in many others including Siemens, Rexton, Gn-Resound, Oticon, etc.

Sarah wears "Destiny CIC" Hearing aids and has worn several other brands in the past years such as Gn-Resound. She has a "High Frequency Hearing loss" and understands the impact of hearing loss on families, jobs and everyday situations. Studies have shown improved social skills with hearing instruments compaired to hearing loss not treated.
